Planning for the Best Family Events in 2026

Here in Greater Des Moines, it's simple to be a kid. Whether your idea of family enjoyable is a skate park, a smash park, an amusement park, or a real park, Des Moines is the perfect escape, no matter if you're young or simply young at heart.

Gee, what could be more fun than spring break with the kids? Those lovely kids jumping on the couch, battling with each other, making a mess everywhere they go. It's sufficient to drive a parent wild. So, get out of your house. Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats free of charge, and they're fun, too.
